Renix academy have included over 100 care plans across nursing/midwives to support students’ competencies in structing a care plan, this care plans have been structured in such a way that it follows the tradition APIE methodology and NANDA list of care plans. As a way of supporting students to understand better we also included pathophysiology of these condition to support rich learning
